PORTRAITS FROM LUANG PRABANG
These illustrations were created for a 20 minute film produced for the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Luang Prabang, to support online marketing of this UNESCO World Heritage site in Laos.
The film creates a ’window’ on the town through a series of ’moving portraits’ of people who help maintain traditional arts and culture; which are central to the town’s World Heritage status and it’s popularity as a travel destination.
The illustrations, used in titles forming transitions between each portrait, were hand-draw and tinted in Photoshop.
